Having started out working for non-profits on conservation and social impact, Pat moved on to hold pioneering corporate executive roles as Chief Sustainability Officer for renowned multi-generational family businesses across Asia.
With her experience across growth industries such as property development and the built environment, tourism and hospitality, Pat subsequently founded The Purpose Business, Asia’s first collective of advisers committed to embedding purpose and sustainability in their strategy and operations.
Pat’s collaborative approach begins with her empathetic leadership style. Whether in her teaching capacity, strategic advisory, executive mentoring or even in speaking and moderating engagements, Pat invests in deeply understanding her client’s motivations, values and goals before determining the best path ahead.
